Hartwell Observatory is located in my backyard in southern Minnesota. The observatory's objective is to continue my education in the field of astrophotography and pursue the enjoyment of observing the night sky and all its hidden wonders. Also it's one of the only places where Pluto is still considered a planet. To me that will never change.
